River Club Short Sales River Club Short Sale Closes Without Deficiency!

The Jarvis Team just closed one of our short sales in the River Club in Suwanee (This is the most expensive and luxurious neighborhood in Gwinnett County by far). This short sale was a Suntrust mortgage and although it took a few months and we went through 2 buyers, this River Club short sale was closed and the owner didn't have a deficiency. Meaning they didn't have to pay Suntrust back anything. The debt was, of course, forgiven.

I was excited to share this story with you because so often we hear stories about the "average" home that the majority of people in Gwinnett County live in, that you rarely hear about the "ultra" luxury homes being short sold. However, I'm here to tell you, it wasn't easy but our team did it. It was definitely a team effort for sure.
