The Real Estate Market Trend illustration below shows that Camarillo Single Family Homes sales have declined from the high levels recorded in 2005-2006. Camarillo does have a higher percentage of Single Family Homes price $500,000 to $749,999 and Single Family Homes priced $750,000 and above, so this needs to be remembered when looking at data using only average Camarillo Single Family Homes. It does give a good insight to the overall Camarillo Real Estate Market and it is a good time to buy as we see prices begin to stabilize.
