Northwest Florida, Santa Rosa Beach, Choctawhatchee Bay

Imagine this!  You're on 100 feet of the Choctawhatchee Bay in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.  Your lot is 300 feet deep.  That's a football field folks! Your pontoon boat is on at your boat dock, lifted out of the water.  It's almost winter, but by this weekend, the weather will be warm enough to take your pontoon boat out into the bay to watch the dolphin play, and to have a nice picnic with your significant other.  You live 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants, or if the wonderful air from the Gulf of Mexico doesn't completely cure all your ailments, you're 5 minutes from the new state-of-the-art Sacred Heart Hospital.  You are 10 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, yet your home is on the protected side of the Choctawhatchee Bay.  You could have bought this house a year and a half ago for a meer $1,850,000.  Today, in this buyers market, you can own this property for $779,000.  Now I ask you, are you glad you read this?!!  To see more, go to my website, www.rmonk.com, and look at 'My Residential Listings'.

Hey Robert,

Where is Santa Rosa Beach? I've not heard of it before?

Sean, Santa Rosa Beach is in northwest Florida, the 'panhandle'.  Santa Rosa Beach is directly south of Georgia.  We're 40 miles west of Panama City, and about 60 miles east of Pensacola.  We're not far from Eglin AFB.  We're also an adjoining neighbor to Destin, known as a quaint little drinking town with a fishing problem.

Oh, Robert, you are killing me!!!  The picture alone knocks me out but your write up just has me green with envy!  What an unbelieveable opportunity for a very fortunate buyer to get this property at such a price!  I wish it could be me.  I'll continue to live vicariously through your posts!

Robert, I love the angle of this shot.  You obviously must have been at the end of the pier.  This property should make somebody happy, I would LOVE to live on the water like this.

Marchel, I was atop the second sundeck.  Yes, it's a beautiful property.  The home is constructed by the builder for himself.  It's an absolute fortress!!  Sits on a lot 100' on the water, 300' deep.  It's really a prize.

Thanks for you visit, Donna.  Living in Georgia is nice, too.  The Blue Ridge Mountains for example!!!

Hi, Robert,

Nice photo and "sizzle" selling in your post.  We NW FL agents have to stick together to get the word out about our area.  Always amazed how many people say they don't know where we are!  Good job spreading the news.  Thanks for the friends request on The Buzz, too.

No snow, Mark, but I'm sure you know about our white sand, so you still have to wear dark sunglasses...!
