WOULD YOU HIRE YOURSELF AS AN AGENT?

Yesterday, I watched a taped webinar by Inman News on Pinterest, the newest social media platform. It was interesting and different, as Pininterest is mainly a visual experience but, I don't know if I'm ready to jump in just yet. I feel like my plate is full with all the ones I'm currently juggling already and I'd be concerned with copyright issues on the photos I'd choose for my boards.

But I was happy I watched and there was a takeaway after all.  At some point, the webinar moderator asked this question of the participants: "Would you hire yourself as an agent?" to which I replied an unequivocal "yes!" He continued with, "is the answer "no" or is it "maybe?" and, once again, I replied, "absolutely, yes!"

You see, with 3 years in the business, I'm still relatively new but, I know that I'm hungry for business and that I work really, really hard. I don't have the luxury of having so many clients that I take them for granted. I'm not jaded or stuck in my ways and I go above and beyond in delivering customer service.

So, if you're thinking of moving and looking to hire someone that you can have confidence in, rest assured that I will not let you down. I take great pride in establishing a relationship based on trust, mutual respect and the successful completion of our objective.

Betty - Certainly, I don't think I know everything but I know I work really hard in terms of researching what is important and relevant  to the sale of a home and seeing a project through until the end. I put my customer's needs before my own.

Hannah - Confidence does come from experience and for me, some of the crazier situations I've experienced have resulted in a good deal of education and quite a bit more confidence.

Debb - I think the moderator just meant that if we didn't trust ourselves to get the job done, then why should anyone else?

Janis - I'm sensitive to my clients' likes and dislikes. I listen well and I'm tenacious. That's what they'll benefit from.

Ron - I very much appreciate your support. I stay on top of trends in real estate and topics of concern to Boomers and older.
