Posted by in Cary NC, Events, Free Events, Kids Activities

What will you be doing with your extra Leap Year day?  Of course the answer will be going to work or school, but you can use this extra time to get practice in for Eva Perry Library’s MarioKart Tourney!  On March 3rd from 1 pm to 4pm, the best video game players will be competing for the title of Best MarioKart Player in the area.  Anyone who is in 6th grade or older can compete.  While you wait your turn there will be Nintendo 64 consoles and games available for free play.  Do you think you have what it takes?  Put all those hours of playing video games to get use. The top 3 winners will be awarded prizes.  Please make sure you register for this event!

Bud and Beth, they say that playing video games helps with eye/hand coordination. Good for other sports like tennis and ping pong.
