Staging your listing does not have to be expensive. One great way to appeal to buyers is by painting the rooms with current, updated colors that buyers love. The key is keeping it neutral with warm colors (not white white!). Choose from a wide array of neutral colors. My favorites are Antique White (SW6119), Wool Skein (SW6148) and Softer Tan (SW6141).

Some additional tips:
  • The selected paint color will look darker on the wall than the sample
  • Room with bright southern exposure can handle darker shades
  • Try using a flat finish so any wall imperfections are not as visible.

Paint is one of the best returns on investment when staging your listing to sell! For more tips likes these CLICK HERE and contact Kathy Kosciewicz, Brandywine Staging.  janice.roosevelt@gmail.com
