8 Comments on The benefits of working with one agent as a buyer
It sounds like it was a tough day! Buyers are liers....
As an ABR I would agree that this should be the way it works best for everyone. The problem is clients only listen to what they want to hear.
Dagny, I really liked this couple! So it was a shock, after a year of already working with them I honestly didn't think it would be an issue.
Gene, I agree. I think the buyer's agreement truly benefits everyone involved. An agent is going to work harder for someone who has committed to them.
Yes, I have also worked with buyers that I thought would never ever cross me.......but they did. I don't get it. Perhaps THEY just don't get it.
Karen, Yes, people have told me in the past to use the buyer agreements. It's a new year, new office...so I'm using them but it's not easy. Don't quite understand why some buyers are so afraid of them.
Hopefully that buyer will realize that they must make a commitment to be a good client, just as agents make a commitment to the buyer. Ah, their loss, Christine!
Thanks Karen, You're right about being a good client!
