Warren Buffett has high hopes for the future of real estate - according to the billionare, he would buy and manage a couple thousand single-family homes if it were possible to keep up with them all.
According to Buffett, "It's a terrific deal. It's a leveraged way of owning a very cheap asset now and I think that's probably as an attractive an investment as you can make now."
