Southern Cal REALTORS, It's a March MeetUp & You're Invited!

If you're  a Southern California REALTOR® you've invited to a March MeetUp of the Southern California Chapter of the CRS organization.

The meet up is set for Wednesday March 28, at the Wood Ranch Bar B Que & Grill in Anaheim Hills in the Festival Shopping Center off Weir Canyon and the 91 freeway.

It's a FREE event to attend and connect with other real estate professionals with the CRS designation whether you're a local CRS member or not, PLUS anyone else wanting to learn more about becoming a CRS and earning the designation.  The Southern California CRS Chapter was recognized as the "Chapter of the Year" nationally (for a chapter of our size) while under the leadership of then SoCal CRS President Jeff Dowler, CRS and his award winning team.

 

Here's a quick Q&A on the event?

  • So again who's invited? Southern California REALTORS® are invited to attend.
  • Is it required I be a CRS now? No, attend to learn more about becoming a CRS.
  • What if I'm CRS now, but not a SoCal Chapter member? Plan on attending and learning more about the award winning SoCal CRS Chapter.
  • If I'm a chapter member now, am I invited? Of course it's another great networking opportunity to meet others.
  • Is there a cost? No it's a FREE event to attend.
  • Location? Wood Ranch Bar-B-Q & Grill at 8022 Santa Ana Canyon Rd., Anaheim Hills 92807
  • Time 4:30 ~ 7:00 pm.

Lynda  I've been a CRS so long my memberdhip number is 17  :)  Referrals are not as grear as prior years since they eliminated the print directory

Hi Karen,

So you're #17 in your VA Chapter? You have been on board a long time! At this point we're still getting the national directory, are you speaking of a state/local directory? I'd love to hear more which one you're talking about.

Also my personal referrals both income and outgoing, increase with local participation in our SoCal group. We've been chartered since 1979 (that's when I joined) and the early years our activities we far and few between. However the past 10-12 years or so our leadership team has grown by leaps and bounds by some very dedicated individuals who fortunately (for those of us who are members) have done an excellent job.

Lynda, meet-ups like this are great networking opportunities...I'm taking CRS classes now...very important and I usually search CRS designations when I refer out of state.  By the way that's a first class video...nice job.

Hey Nick ~ I'm with you on networking especially with other CRS designees. Good luck on your CRS classes, please keep in touch when you're designatd. Each and every time I have  professionall knowledge (& we can learn a lot from reading a blog over a period of time) with a fellow REALTOR it's much more comfortable referring them.
