Did you know that if you are making an offer on a HUD home that you can choose your Title provider? 

There are no tricks, and your buyer DOES NOT have to pay both sides of the fee in order to specify. All you need is the form I have enclosed below. I have linked the full size attachment, so if you like, click it Print It and lets do some deals..
