Looks good Pam.  Double wides can be a little harder to finance these days.  Good luck with marketing.

Pam,

That's a lot of house with a lovely location for a little bit of money!  We're under contract for a 1999, same size mobile, FHA foundation and 2 .3 acres (no lake, no rear addition, and no lovely deck) for $158,000.  The home inspection revealed one broken window and one with a seal broken.  When we sent in the Binzer, the seller refused to do anything about it, "since she had taken such a low price for the house."
