The "New" Downtown Raleigh

Raleigh, NC has experienced a large amount of growth over the past few years and along with growth comes more need for basic everyday luxuries that are often taken for granted.  Examples are roads, education, health-care and the list goes on.  Another thing that comes with growth in a mid sized major city is the query of the "downtown" area.  Raleigh's downtown has always been OKAY, but nothing spectacular especially if you compare it to our neighbor Charlotte whose downtown has a fresh new look.  Well things are changing and changing fast.  Below I will let the rendering and picture speak for itself for the most part.  In summary though, our downtown has over 20 projects underway as of this posting.  Among them are a new convention center and a slew of condominiums which are being sold out before even going vertical.  In the picture below, an older Government building is being demolished making room for "The Hillsborough".....and looking behind it you can see "The Dawson" condiminium complex.  Next time you are in the area, you may see things a bit different.  For more information visit us here.

Have you tried posting these "localisms" in Groups for California, New Jersey - Texas?  I have a couple of friends who are creating referral relationships for buyers that way....  I think you can go back into this post and add some groups - couldn't hurt...
