Unrealistic offers will be rejected quickly even if you tell them you got cash. . . Learn to work with the banks. .they aren't falling for the same tricks as a FSBO would.
They want cash and they will get cash. . if they get it in the form of a check, transferred funds or a wheelbarrow full of quarters.. .it doesn't matter. .
It's the same thing . . .CASH!
As a matter fact, a good Realtor can negotiate for you around
the four discount factors: price, down payment, interest rate
and closing costs.
Telling them you are paying cash most likely will not be helping you obtain the best price.
Besides, if you have that much cash. . .you should be buying 3,
4 even 5 properties not just one.
