What is Hiding Behind the Light Post?

While sitting in my office and looking out the window towards the beautiful hills of Loma Linda, CA I notice something moving behind this light post that is taller than any of the two story homes in this area.

Now I see you. What is on the top of the light post? An orange?

This area has many orange groves and the birds like to find the oranges and carry them around for snacks.

Good-Bye. He left the orange but I am sure he will be back or some other bird will eat it.

*Just checked this morning, and the orange is gone!

If you are interested in living in an area that has great views of the hills, mountains, valley, biking and walking trails, and wildlife scattered throughout, then East San Bernardino County (Loma Linda, Redlands) is a lovely place to move to.

Birds are so entertaining to watch. They interact with each other like we do. Difference is, they can fly off and we cannot. I always heard about bird brains meaning not smart but some of them are pretty smart especially the raptors. Have a great weekend.

I love all birds, backyard birds, crows, doves etc. Yes, he was very entertaining and I was laughing so hard that so of my pictures were blurred. Crows are very funny!
