Warm Wishes This Holiday Season!

This time of year always makes me stop and think about what is important in life. It forces me stop and count my blessings. It gives me pause to think about the world as I'd like it to be. And it gives me the opportunity to send greetings of hope and joy.

We can make this world a better place. This Holiday Season, I look to all of my friends and family for inspiration to do more.

And from our family to yours, we wish you Happy Holidays.

There are some know ActiveRain ebedding problems that do not exist when embedding in other blog platforms. As you can see above, you can embed the greeting, but you should be aware of the following issues:

    1. Font styles on the bottom are not accurate. We know the cause and will have it fixed soon.
    2. If you paste the html for this into the html editor, save, then come back and use the wysiwyg editor, even if you don't change anything, it will break the embed code. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this.

The best way to send these greetings is via email with a link to the greeting. That said, if you have html email capabilities, via ConstantContact, iContact and applications similar to those, you can use the email embed code in your account to send to your contact list.

Please let us know if you encounter any problems!

And Happy Holidays!

Jeff - Thanks for the reference to this template and Constant Contact.  I have been searching for something like that for a long time.  Do you think Microsoft Outlook will ever offer html embedding in emails?  I know you're a MAC guy but I'd love to know of another resource other than Constant Contact for this feature.

Hi Jeff, always ahead of the game I see :) Happiest of Holidays to you, your family and loved ones.

ps. on your point #2. the code for other things like 'iframe' also breaks if you do something in HTML and come over the the WYSIWYG side.. not just specific to your awesome product. :)

Jeff, loved the card but had trouble putting it on my outside blog...I guess it was too wide. Was there anything that I could have done to make it work?

BIG QUESTION: I have the kodak camera that you recommended and I would LOVE to know how to take good NITE photos...can you reveal the secret?

Thank you and Merry Christmas to you and to your entire family,

Gena... no, there is nothing you could have done. The code is set to a specific size. So, unless you blog has flexible width, it will only work if the blog window is wide enough. In those cases it is best to link out to the flyer.

As for night photos on the Kodak v705, I have my best luck, when not using a tripod, with the "sunset" setting, believe it or not.

We had a great holiday! Thank you! And Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you as well!
