I can't think of a better way to get ready for spring than by jumping in a frozen lake! This Saturday is the "10th Annual Arctic Plunge," which is held on Long Lake in Isanti. Long Lake is located just off of County Road 47, approximately 2 miles north of County Road 8. The 2012 hosts will be comedian Dave Mordal, and Lisa Miller from KQRS.
