Surprise! Surprise! Google+ Gets Good Google Juice!

We are doing a series of classes on the web designed to help Realtors® get more business. Topics include such things as video marketing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Gmail, Single Property Websites, SEO ranking and QR codes. These are state of the art classes packed with tips, techniques and strategies to move your business to the next level.

So, what does this have to do with Google+ which is now the stepchild of Facebook?

To get the word about these classes out I post invites on Facebook, Google+ and to some select LinkedIn Groups. Because these classes are designed for Realtors® I limit (See "Limited" in the Google search) who will see the posts.

The class topic for this Tuesday's class is "Listing Presentation On Your iPad, Have You Seen This?" I posted it on Google+ Friday morning going only to people in my Realtor Circle.

My good friend Scott Hudsbeth sent me this picture this morning.

 

In less than 24 hours this Google+ post was on the 1st page of Google for the topic "iPad Listing Presentation." I must admit that I was very surprised. It ranked above 2 posts by realtor.com on the topic.

If your not using Google+ yet I would strongly suggest you start.

Alan I went ahead and registered for the class.  Your topic sounded worth while.  One of the problems I have is there is so much training.  I have to figure out which is the best for me that I will actually have time to implement.

Google will be the new King.  I am not so sure that is a good thing as it is very predatory.  Has lots of tools as long as you do it their way.  Oh well it probably will be the best way to go, we will see.
