This year at least 5-6 projects will break ground In Miami, Florida. One of the first project which already done it are Oceana at Key Biscayne and Bellini at Williams Island, new project by Margulis.

Argentina-based developer Consultatio has broken ground on the $250 million Oceana condominium project in Key Biscayne. The two-tower complex will have 142 units and 12 luxury villas. “Key Biscayne has historically become a big draw for many wealthy families from Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia and Argentina,” according One Sotheby’s International Realty’s Barbara Lamar. “The Oceana condos hould do well by continuing to target that same high-end international demographic in the coming year.”According to World Property Channel and Real Deal

Key Biscayne remains very popular are at March-April when tennis stars all over the wold get together for annual Sonny Ericsson tennis tournament. This year the interest for tournament is highest for last 8 years and all tickets for men finals already sold out. The park at Key Biscayne has excellent facilities for tennis practices all year around.
