I'm impressed with that baby's desire to be a member of his family's team.
Gary, you are maaaarvelous! Where do you find these pics? I would love to do a transaction with you my friend. I'm sure it would be fun.
Good morning Gary. I absolutely agree with your premise. When I look at the wonderful picture of your children I smile. Great, great picture. Suggested.
Like the game of tug of war. Everyone must pull their weight for the team to succeed.
Yes, everyone must be on board to get to a successful end result. Great message Gary!
I think that is the greatest photo Gary, how cute it that?
Love the photo, Gary! It's cute and represents the importance of truly dooperating with the other agent.
Gary - Great timing with this one. I'm working on a deal now where the other side Realtor® is not stepping up, not communicating, not returning, text, emails or calls. Makes for a very unpleasant transaction. Grrrr.....
Gary: The spirit of cooperation works thru the problems. Wow, is that kid strong or what doing those push ups?
I've noticed a wonderful side to the struggling marketplace over the last few years. Camaraderie, more of a feeling that we've gone through this together...it's fostering a kinder, gentler and more effective form of communication. We want the clients to win. :) Have a great Saturday Gary. D
GARY - you always have great write-ups, but boy, you really add a lot of value and entertainment with your excellent images
Great Illustration, and important points Gary. The term "Co-operating agents" seem not to be taken seriously.
