Ann... I loved the song.. what a great touch to the post. Do you have any snow up there? We got a dusting a few days ago and it's gone now. It got a little warm yesterday and today... in the mid 40's. Overall, thanks for getting me more into the Christmas mood with that song.
Hey Brother Dan - I saw a commercial on TV last night that said we have 18 more shopping days until Christmas. That hit me as I hadn't thought about Christmas being that close! Have I sent you my list yet?
Hi Monika - I love that song, too! This is probably my favorite time of year, too. Love the music for the holidays!
Hi Danielle - thanks for checking it out, and for your comment!
Hi Jeff - yep, we have a couple inches on the ground right now, but it's melting today with temps in the 40's. It's funny, but we usually don't have a white Christmas here where I am along the coast. We typically don't get that much snow here, and what we do get, tends to disappear pretty quickly. Get that holiday spirit!!
Hi Carole - they do all sound wonderful, don't they? I just really love holiday music, and hope to make it to several of these. I've been playing Christmas CDs in my office while at work, too. A very nice way to lift one's spirits and get in the holiday frame of mind!
Hi Joan - once in awhile throughout the year, I'll put Christmas music on - I just really love listening to Christmas music. And it really is a beautiful time of year!
Hey Sandra - Dan still has shopping to do, so maybe you should put some music on for him.....and whisper sweet nothings in his ear about things Santa can bring you this year!
Hi Midori - I like live concerts, too, especially Christmas concerts. There's just something special when hearing those songs in person. I do love hearing them any way I can hear them, but those concerts really add so much more......
Ann, how festive!! Love the music and what a great asset for those in your area to find out where to go for taking part in all the celebrations. Happy holidays to you, Ann.
Sis.... Those lists must be getting caught in my spam folder because I have been asking for a month and have yet to see anything in print. It's getting tougher and tougher to find the perfect unique idea each year after year after year....
Ann Nice music and good post. This is just the sort of thing that is a great use of a blog for consumers!!! Lily and I are putting the tree up and making a gingerbread house today!!! Thanks for the cheer
Hey Linda - nope, we'll have more stuff to do in January, too! It really is a great place to live here in NH - there are so many wonderful towns and areas. And I'm certainly partial to my areas here along the coast - LOVE it here!
Hi Jay - I would send it to you right this very minute if I could. We did have a strong fast-moving snowstorm today. It's winding down somewhat now, but we got about 8 inches from this storm that started about 1pm this afternoon. 9pm, and at least 8 inches of snow. We've got another strong storm coming in Saturday night into most of Sunday. Strange weather, as we usually don't get much, if any snow, until Jan. We don't even usually have a white Christmas her in my area.
"low 80's nice breeze"..... ah that sounds so nice about now......
