To get a sale above asking price is fantastic in this market. I had one closing this year that was $5,000 above asking.

Hi Vincent - I agree but it was still sad to see how much they had to bring to the table.
Classy people too, they never once asked for a reduction in commission.  The attitude
was "win some - lose some" let's move on.
