BTW - I took a look at your profile page and in order to
read your comments I had to keep scrolling sideways for
several screens and the letters are very large. It looks
like some malfunction occurred that you might want to
look into.

To get a sale above asking price is fantastic in this market. I had one closing this year that was $5,000 above asking.

Congrats - On the sale - I love going to the closing table knowing that I helped these people out of a house they didn't want any longer.

Hi Vincent - I agree but it was still sad to see how much they had to bring to the table.
Classy people too, they never once asked for a reduction in commission. The attitude
was "win some - lose some" let's move on.
