I just wanted to write this to encourage those of you who are new to Active Rain that Active Rain DOES work!

I have been on Active Rain for less than a year. Through the awesome blogs that I have read, I have been able to learn about the importance of blogging for the buyers and sellers that you want.

I decided to test this out, and have recently written a series for first time homebuyers.

I just received a referral for a couple who are looking for a duplex, and they are pre-approved!

I LOVE Active Rain! This network will really work if you put forth the effort that it takes to make it work for you!

Do a search for keywords that your buyers or sellers would be looking for, and start to blog about it!
