Thank you, Kim, I am doing today posts about REO in Southeast Florida.
Past 90 days were sold 913 condos by bank ( REO) in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
435 condos are offered for sale by bank ( REO) in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Past 90 days were sold 1311 houses by bank ( REO) in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
658 houses are offered for sale by bank ( REO) in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Top priced homes sold in 90 days by bank - Asking price was $1,000,000 or higher.
I have never thought , we have so many listings for sale by bank in three counties in Southeast Florida.
And again, the trend continues with the sale price exceeding listing price on REOs on a regular basis.
REO's in Florida. Only 13 condos are for sale in Aventura, Florida by bank. Wow, that is great. Only 13! As we can see, we have less and less REO's in Southeast Florida. Prices are not give away - market price!
In Sunny Isles Beach is only 9 condos for sale by bank, 1 house for sale by bank. We don't have that often REO's in our area.
