Burlington Realtor is Selling Houses!

With so much negativity about the market, I wanted to just send a piece of positive news about our local real estate in Burlington. Although we have plenty of inventory and not many buyers, it seems, there is a ray of hope. An associate of mine here in Burlington, Joanna Schlansky, a Burlington real estate agent, sold six houses... yes.... SIX between November 30 and December 6. Congratulations Joanna and lets hope this trend continues locally as well as for all of our other AR friends!

Martin - It seems that the media really wants us to believe that real estate is bad right now. For those of us who practice, it is hard to get the word out that things are really not bad. Thanks for adding to the positive side of things.
