I have been working with a client who is actively looking to buy a home fairly soon. One of the problems is the amount of available properties for sale. We have looked at about twenty homes over the past month. I don't mind because I would do the same. I would want to see as much as I could. There is the problem , there is a lot to see. None of these homes seem to be getting any offers. It's amazing how the homes for sale for outpace the amount of buyers. They say the market will correct itself. I believe it will but I have no idea when.

Vicky is so right...whatever the media says is what people typically believe. Such a shame. I select homes for my customers based on what they describe to me. I choose 5 or 6 of the best. I show them the best one first then go on to second best, etc.
This worked great for me last week as I met a customer, showed him 3 and he is buying the first.

You would think the buyers that are looking would be sick of seeing so many homes. Hopefully the market corrects it self soon. We need more buyers. Karen is right with the limit homes to show. I need to try that too.

The problem with trying to limit the homes is everyone has an internet connection. They can find the homes on their own.
