One way you will definitely lose my business. This is my sequel to the Featured blog I  Hello! My name is Lanre Folayan-DC REALTOR SERVING THE DC METROPOLITIANhave 10,000 people in my database. Who are you again? written by Northern Virginia Real Estate Agent Coral Gundlach. So whenever you get a chance please stop by and read it. 

One way you will definitely lose my business is really simpleAnd that is not knowing who the heck I am. Now a lot of times I call some of my prospects and they don't know who I am-THEY ARE PROSPECTS-Only they can get away with that. But if a potential home buyer or seller who I have spoken to many times calls me up and I don't remember who know they are,You can rest assure that will be the last time I ever receive a telephone call from them.

I don't care how big you are or how busy you are,KNOW YOUR CLIENTS. If it wasn't for your clients who helped build your business(referrals),you wouldn't have no business to be in this Real Estate Business. Let me repeat that to that it can sink in. I am trying to help somebody here today.  If it wasn't for your clients who helped build your business(referrals),you wouldn't have no business to be in this Real Estate Business. 

I don't know about you but if I call someone who I have been talking to for a long time and this person doesn't know who the heck I am,I will be upset. More than likely it will probably be the last time we ever speak again as far as real estate business. And I am sure I am not the only one who feels this way.

Since you provided or always provide great service for your clients and your clients remember you for what you did for them,why mess that up by not knowing them when they call you? Many people usually don't forget you when you do good things for them. Its kinda like making love on...... OK Let me stop right there. Wrong place. Wrong Audience-SORRY. Now back to the topic..... Maybe since they have too much business they feel that don't need you. Or since you are the only "McDonalds of Real Estate" that nobody can't challenge you. You better careful what you ask for because you might just get it.  

Sorry to say this to all you McChicken lover,McDouble eating,Strawberry Milkshake drinking,McNugget dipping fans out there but if McDonalds don't get their act right,there are going to start losing clients. I know they have lost me. Well not completely-They still make good breakfast though:-). But let's just say Lunch or Dinner(Sometimes! Hey I am still a bachelor cut me some slack will you-LOL.) I am not usually there like I use to anymore. I fell in love with another fast food restaurant. I AM SORRY There I go again. its 3:15pm. FOOD IS ON MY MIND. I am sure you can already know that. 

So never get too big that you forget your clients who are probably the main reason why you are in business the first place. You are never TOO BIG TO FAIL-NEVER. You will be surprised the little things people tend to ignore and take for granted can end up causing you to lose business and lead to your EXIT out of business. I am doing my best to not let anymore Real Estate Business slip through my cracks and into the hands of my competitor. Can't afford to lose or give up business especially when making your way in the world today takes everything you got.
