Needs Assessment Survey The City of Chino Hills is starting the process for the future use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. An important part of this process is to ask residents and other stakeholders what they think are the most important needs in their neighborhood. The survey is available online or at the Civic Center, 2001 Grand Avenue. Surveys can be obtained from the main public lobbies of City Hall, the James S. Thalman Library, and the Civic Center Community Building. Responses must be received no later than January 4, 2008. [Needs Assessment Survey]
