Their 5th Annual Pink Ribbons For Life Event
I was recently contacted by a friend who knows I blog about special events here in Central Florida and he 
asked me if I could blog about this event. What he didn't know was how so many people here at Active Rain, during the month of October supported National Breast Cancer Awarness month!
He had no idea that over 50% of us had pinked our photos and put pink ribbons on them. He had no clue he was asking the perfect person to post about a fund raising event to help raise money to fight breast cancer.
This morning I contacted the President of the Chrome Angels to let her know I was here to help, I asked her what she needed and she said right now they need sponsors.
The Pink Ribbons for Life Ride begins at 3 different Central Florida locations and will end up at Cowboys Orlando. Last year the event brought out 410 bikes and they were only hoping for 300 people!
The Chrome Angels are looking for sponsors to help cover the cost mainly of the food and music. The music is an 11 piece band, 3 members are cancer survivors. The band is doing its own fund raising to help cover their cost, but every little bit helps!
The Chrome Angels are also looking for donations of large items for their silent auctions and raffle items too.
