10 Comments on WHICH CHART IS BEST? JAZZY OR STRAIGHT BAR? TELL ME PLEASE. HELP A FELLA OUT HERE, PLEASE. (WILL GRAPH FOR MONEY)
I'm a straigh forward kind of person. My eyes go bluggy with the top one. Sorry.
Thanks, Lindsey.
I'm a pretty straight forward guy, too. But I'm not stating a preference at this point.
Striaght bar = it's a lot easier to read the numbers with the months! Numbers look a little fuzzy with the other one.
I like the one on the bottom.
I prefer the straight bar! I'm betting the clients will find it a lot easier to read as well. I think what people might like to see also is how long it took to close those from originally listed.
The second one. The first one just makes me hungry for ice cream. I don't know why.

Nothing is required to make me hungry for ice cream. Ice cream is a food group.

I guess I was hoping to convey a general impression of the importance of distressed properties rather than the detail of the numbers.
Joshua -
Thanks. I'm sensing a trend here.

I think you are right about interest in days on market. But I haven't thought of a good way to convey that variable.
