Richard Gaylord, the President of the National Association of Realtors, spoke about the market and said it is a good time to buy and real estate market indicators are good. Take a look at this video clip:

I think it's a good time to be a home buyer too. Especially for first time homeowners. From the risk/reward perspective on price, I believe we're much closer to the bottom than to the top. I'm very interested in watching the video you posted, however, no matter what I try, the sound doesn't work, so I can't hear what they are saying. Is there another link to this video? Hopefully it's just me, and not everyone else, but if you can find another link to it, that would be awesome! Thank you.

Thanks for letting me know you were having problems with the clip. Here is another link to the video from 9news site.

On that page is a link to the video. It is longer than the one I originally posted but ends with the same clip of Mr. Gaylord.
