In 2011, I dreamed up the 2012 Back2Basics Challenge and this year, lots of wonderful AR members participated. Without that Challenge, and the necessity to communicate with so many people at one time, I’d probably still be undecided about which CRM program to use.

Now I am flat out astonished at the depth of utility in ixactCONTACT. Tried something new with ixactCONTACT tonight.  I sent out the summary email for the 2012 Back2Basics Challenge to around 60 folks who finished the Challenge. Can you imagine - ixactCONTACT compiles analysis data for delivery as well!

Lots of reports available - descriptions of the three types of bounce-backs that might occur - open rates - click through rates - lots of information.  And even graphs!!! Here’s one of many analyses for an example:
