Because of this unpredictable market we have had to brainstorm to come up with some eye catching ideas. A couple of months ago we created a DVD of a home we had listed and hand delivered it to the top producers in that area. The home sold in less than 2 weeks. We currently have two homes listed across the street from each other and enlisted the help of an Estate Sales Manager. Since the homes were vacant, she brought in furniture, accessories, linens, cookware and more. For three days hundreds of people walked through both homes. We have four solid leads as of this morning.
