I`ve been using a CRM system for years.

We also use Top Producer for Brokers as well.

Good luck with this...I watched you video and then checked your site.

The part that bothers me is....

From a testimonial: "I was skeptical at first about purchasing these referrals because of past experience with so called exclusive referrals.

Sounds like just another lead generation company here to drain our pockets.

If I am wrong, prove it to me and the members of AR so that we might dig deeper into your service that you offer...

Hey Scott- Well anyone of us who has been in the business for any length of time know how important a great contact manager is.

Jeffery- Form what I observed at NAR, during the shoot,  of the product it had very little to do with lead gen and everything to do with tracking your own personal lead base.  There was also a way to link likes and dislikes or gifts that the contact preferred....it was quite nice.  All of it online and of course names could be imported from Outlook and other CRMs.  I recommend that you contact the product guru, Zagros....

I've used it to talk to my loan officerrs about sending their business to me instead of any other agent simply because I can track referrals and they cant.

Very misleading. I'm looking to see what, if anything, is better than Top Producer for Real Estate focused CRM. So far I've found:

and others. I don't need it to do EVERYTHING that Top Producer does, but it needs to be Easy-to-Use and Affordable. Any advice?

Just about everything is better than Top Producer.  The product they have developed is a lead and referral management system.   I use Outlook with Exchange Server and a com add in developed by Pat Zaby.  Outlook and Exchange and any Pocket PC smart-phone allows you to do everything any of those products and Top Producer does and you don't have sign IDX agreements or worry if your MLS has cut off Top producer. 

You have provided some fine examples above....if the product does not integrate with a OMA platform for smart-phones, it is a waste of time.  Syncing is a stone age concept, you need live real time database updates and one central database.
