Montclair is one of the most popular residential subdivisions in easter Prince William County.
It is, as the community's website says, "When you recall your hometown, you are bound to think of tree-lined streets, blooming flowers, ample yards, parks for playing and friendly neighbors. For the nostalgic feeling that brings you home, there is no place like the Prince William County neighborhood of Montclair."
The Community of Montclair was established in 1968. There are approximately 5,204 homes surrounding a 107 acre lake, with a broad central boulevard separated by exquisite flowering trees, attractive landscaping and bordered by wide sidewalks perfect for walking, jogging or cycling. The community also boasts, a golf course, all-season tennis courts, several schools, soccer fields, two swimming pools, two shopping centers and a fire and rescue squad.
It is close to the I-95 HOV lanes, Virginia Railway Express and there is Omniride commuter bus service available
Another major attraction is the Montclair Golf Tennis and Swim Club. The clubhouse has an excellent dining room and is available for private parties and receptions

Dolphin Beach is the site of many community activities in addition to its' primary use as a "swimmin' hole" - a 107 acre lake. Each year on Independence Day it is the center of community activities celebrating our country's independence
I have included numerous photos of homes which depict better than my words why Montclair is a replica of a small American hometown. Additionally, it is very convenient to Quantico Marine Corps Base
