Hi Michael, That Sir is a 4-Runner..great vehicle unless your filling it up. We have some new plates I like even more, kind of a teal with yellow lettering. Pretty sharp.
Be very careful if you are driving in the snow.

John, luckily in Denver, when the weather turns bad, not many want to see homes, unless they flew in JUST to see homes! The SUV is rather important in cities that are fortunate to enjoy four seasons, often in one week!
Great picture and great analogy, John! This reminds me of a wonderful little book called, "The Fred Factor". It's about a mailman who always goes above and beyond to provide good service. I think you must be the "Fred" of Albuquerque real estate!
I don't know, John. I'm not a big fan of the US Post office because they lose my stuff all the time, but I am a huge fan of you! In my mind you are better than the mailman by far!

John, Isn't it crazy the conditions we'll go out in to take care of business? We've done the slog through snowstorms to make sure we kept our listing appointments, just need to add lots of extra time to get there :)

Great anology!! You do contend with some crazy weather conditions in the Q..but you are reliable and can be counted on..your home prices will start to rise and so will your income :).
John - I may have you beat; I sold a home during a hurricane back about 14 years ago. The wind and rain was so bad that water was pouring into the front seat around the windshield. I have since sold those folks several homes here.
John~You have more snow then we do, and I'm in MN not the desert. Great analogy using the photo!

You're my kind of guy, John! We had those terrible gale force winds here in St George yeseterday, and yup, I was out showing homes in it:) I actually almost got blown down a driveway as I was leaving a home that had a steep driveway!
I noticed a news report that New Mexico was one of the few areas in the country that experienced a colder winter. Most of us have enjoyed an unusually mild winter.
