I always suggest any listing appointment to get at least 3 different views from listing agents when I meet with them. It's hard to determine who has a better recipe...I just tell it like it is.
Neal- I agree good point, in fact I encourage in all my listing presentations for sellers to inquire and suggest they ask several and certain questions of the listing agent they interview, which should be a minimum of three.
Elizabeth - You are so cute and encouraging as always! Selecting a listing agent is important and making sure you are getting what you need to have success is finding a successful agent in what services they provide. Thank you for your kind words.
Candace- stick with it! Your posts are awesome, and localism posts will kick you to the next level! I have heard that the holiday season is a pretty slow one, but I am a busy gal, thanks to the advice of the wise and experienced vets here on Active Rain! Great Post!
Alecia - Thank you for your encouragement! I have anticipated a slow during the holidays some, but holding out still for an offer on a few listings still! So glad you hear your success, life is good! Keep up the great work yourself. Here's to a great year in 2008~
Julie - Repetitive or not, I could read your words all day! Thank you for your support my friend. Feel better!
