Wow, that takes a lot of guts to knock on doors. It's not my cup of tea but I know several agents that do quite well doing this.

I haven't needed to do this for an awful long time. If you are looking for leads buy a zip code or two from Zillow or join Movoto.

Ken -- very admirable! I have often heard this low-tech prospecting/lead-generating method is quite successful for those who live it, breathe it and constantly improve their scripts. Keep it up!

Ken~ You have every right to feel good. I don't think door knocking cheapens the profession at all. It's getting back to basics. Congratulations on getting out there and doing it!
