The Aggies(7-5) will be playing Penn State(8-4) in the Alamo Bowl in San Antonio on December 29. The game is alreay a sell-out for the 65,000 seat stadium.  It was the fastest sell-out in Alamo Bowl history.

This will be the 4th match-up between the teams and the second showdown in the Alamo Bowl.  The last time A&M played Penn State was in the 1999 Alamo Bowl when the Aggies lost 24-0.  Let's hope the game ends differently this time.

The game will be Joe Paterno's 500th game as Penn State's coach and his 34th bowl appearance. He was recently inducted into the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame in New York.

My husband and I won't be making this bowl game.  Will you be attending the game?  Make sure to take pictures and post them to our blog!

That was a disappointing game.  It looked so good at first and then all down hill.  Well, time to look forward to next year and our new coach, Mike Sherman.
