Recently, a gentleman named Paul Tatham, the Founder of International Realty Plus--gave me an instruction. It wasn't long, 1 short sentence. Get in touch with Dr. Anthony Ziagos. This was in response to my question about guidelines for press releases in respect to International Realty Plus. Okay--I didn't know who Dr. Ziagos was, or what he did. I could have shelved that advice until a later time. However, I chose to act immediately.
I emailed "Doc". He was prompt in reply. We talked yesterday.That had to be one of the best phone calls of my life. I was tempted to keep it to myself, but, morally I feel that I need to share resources with you guys if it could benefit even a few of you. I asked Dr. Ziagos if I could mention him online, and if he would mind suddenly getting a lot of calls or web site hits. I got permission to share him.
Dr. Ziagos is a professional and of course will have courses and such to buy. I didn't ask; but logically, he would likely have to charge a consulting fee for continued access. But, for now the first phone call is free. He won't try to sell you anything. I can't tell you what he said to me, or how it changed me, and my way of thinking--because its personal, and it will be personal for you as well.
I can tell you this--Dr. Ziagos saved me thousands of dollars in my 2007 advertising budget. I suspect in one introductory phone call, there will be a gem for each of us.
