Hi Todd:  You've given a very precise showing of what sells and what does not in Summer Lake.  The difference in what is not sold (still on the market) and what is pending and closed... is over $140,000.  The more reasonably-priced homes are selling... the higher priced homes are not.  By the way, I really like your "Helping Families Home" picture.  Great idea !

Karen - It is weird, but the numbers don't lie! Thanks for the compliment on the new logo. Hoping to get some good results from it.

Hi Todd:  Too bad Beaverton doesn't have a baseball team.  Or do they ?  Hey, that might be a great way to advertise.  Is there a local baseball team... minor league or something... around you.  Ads would be cheap, I would bet.

Karen, The best we have is Little League and I am a coach. I'm trying to find out how much it is to advertise and support a team and maybe even supply the uniforms.
