Hi Karen:  I totally agree.  We as Realtors are often the first ones families call when they are in trouble as far as their home is concerned.  When they call us early enough, we can help.  When we come in at the last minute, unfortunately oftentimes there is little we can do.  We are here to go above and beyond.  During times of hot markets, we benefit nicely.  During bad markets... we can be lifesavers.  It is such a great feeling to have as our head hits the pillow at night to know we have really, sincerely made a difference in someone's life.  Great post.

Very true...  We help people live the American Dream.  We may not save lives, or rescue people for a living, but we do help people improve their lives.... Still an admirable pursuit.
