Buyers market and low interest rates are together at last. What a beautiful blend!

That is huge news.It is rare good news. It's been 9 years since this real estate phenomenon has occurred.

Yes, the deal is, that you have to be ready, qualified, have a good fico score, and all the traditional lending rules apply.

I am helping a teacher right now and it is a total joy. She is bright, grateful and has a clean payment history just ready to buy. The real estate wave is ready to take her to a home of her own. Los angeles, the city of angels has one for you.

The County, City and State have rewards for teachers, military, fire, and police. Lately the lenders are the ones that have had to prove their value and VALUES.

If you know anyone renting who has been waiting...help them find a home. This window of time may be just right for them. Its good news and rare too.
