Losing that hour of sleep may not seem significant, but statistics have shown that the day after a time change there are more accidents on the road, so everybody be aware and cautious. Time shifts can be punishing to the body so plan ahead, go to bed early or plan on taking a nap, schedule the activities of your day around the time change and let your body adjust to it slowly.
