From 2/26/2012 until 5/1/2012 If you sign an "Exclusive Right To Represent Buyers" or "Exclusive Right To Selling Listing" Agreement you will received aFREE 2-10 Warranty that will be paid at the time of settlement. And I'll Put that In Writing?

For Buyers it's as simple as when you close on your home your warranty will be provided to you.

For Sellers the warranty will be placed on the home while it is on the market so if anything happens while it is listed you are covered and once a buyer purchases your home the warranty will simply be turned over to the new owner of the home.
