If you are coming to Miami and plan to stay more than let's say two weeks than renting a condo or house is the great idea because you will have feeling of total freedom and luxury of your own home and in most cases it is less expensive option than hotel to stay for extended period of time in the magic city. However, please keep in mind that when you see the monthly rent price and you want to stay 10 days don't assume that the rent price will be one third of what the owners want to charge per month.
