Everyone has heard that the biggest factor in selling any home is to list the property at a price that will either sell it, or sell every other house for sale in its price range. What I mean by this follows. You can list your home at a price you would like to get but if this is too high, buyers will immediately turn to a similar home at a much more reasonable price, OR you can list your property according to current market value and attract the buyers to look at your house. In other words you can help yourself sell your home or help your competition sell theirs!
2. Product - YOUR Responsibility
Your home that is for sale is the product the minute a for-sale sign is placed on your property. You need to take a good hard look at your home from the eyes of a buyer.
