Adjustable Rate Loan help!

Don't start worrying quite yet about your adjust rate mortgage (ARM).  Your interest rate may be fixed for 5 more years.  Help is on the way!  If you think you may have to sell your home but can't get enough for it to pay the loan off- don't worry.  They are trying to get you another 5 years at a fixed rate to wait for the market to change.
