oooh, I'll be there's a story in that suitcase full of cash!?
Sometimes we need a break to refresh and relax - in all areas of our lives. Life will always be in the way of easy - and it sounds like you are a go-getter who just needed to stop and recoup.
Go get em' Debbie! The inventory in Boise is under 6 months now, buyers are out there, and now sellers are in the game too. I used to avoid listings due the the fact they all wanted more than I knew I could get them. And I hate having expired's on my record. Now the prices are creeping up and offers we have put in are getting mutliple counters or H&B.

We have to remember that Blogging is GREAT, but it doesnt replace that good old fashioned face to face handshake! I do think many of us have a tendency to get stuck in here... I pulled back myself for a bit...
Thanks everyone for the support...The market is sure changing for the better! I think I needed the break.
Deb - Life gets in the way and we do get burned out from time to time. I can so relate. Glad you had some down time and are back the Rain now my friend.
Hi Debbie, Hope all is going well with you. I know it's good to just step back and concentrate on the priority things when life and work get overwhelming at times. I look forward to reading your blog when you get back into blogging action which I know you'll when you're ready.
