The Morristown NJ Planning Board will meet tonight to discuss the possibility of building 66 affordable condos on Court Street. This is a great location....literally one block from the center of town. Pulte Homes will be presenting this proposal for the condos to be priced between $400-$700K, 1200 to 2800 square feet. These are approximate estimates and of course, Morristown has to concur.
